Person-Centered and Solutions-Focused Approach

Jess utilizes a strengths-based framework when working with clients to support their social and emotional growth. Her approach is grounded in empathy, warmth, and respect for each client's unique experiences and perspectives. Jess believes in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and concerns freely.
